About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Commercial Banking team as an Analyst/Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including manufacturing, transport, wholesaling, property investment, and retail sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing credit worthiness, overseeing applications, conducting due diligence, and modeling financial risk. You will also prioritize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess credit worthiness and oversee applications
  • Conduct due diligence and model financial risk
  • Prioritize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimization
  • Support business bankers to align client needs, enhance service, and strategize product offerings
  • Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyze client data
  • Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly
Requirements
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors
  • Adaptable, both independent and a team player
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions
  • Prioritizes risk, compliance, and credit assurance
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ideal Business/Commerce degree with financial accounting or insolvency experience
