Role Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will act as the conduit between our customers and our business, effectively becoming the customer advocate to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and execute a sales strategy to acquire large sales opportunities from within our existing customer base.
  • Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with prospects and dormant customers to understand pain points and needs, to position our products and services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with and leverage internal stakeholders and support teams effectively, seeking out opportunities to utilize internal resources to meet customer needs and demands.
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, from initial engagement, to discovery, to solution.
  • Create strategies for revenue growth over time and retention activities to maintain customer spend.
  • Take ownership of a yearly revenue and gross profit target, while meeting metrics on portfolio growth, monthly sales gross profit margins, and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Actively seek out and meet with customers weekly, and manage quarterly business reviews with larger spend customers.

About You

You will thrive on the challenge of building long-lasting relationships with customers, while having the ability to grow share-of-wallet for an optimal return on investment over time. You will also have:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and managing strategic pursuits.
  • Experience in engaging and onboarding new customers (net new logos).
  • Experience in growing sales revenue and profitability across customer patch and individual customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Technology experience across IT hardware, software, and services a plus (not mandatory).
  • Salesforce experience beneficial.
