Heavy Diesel Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and subcontractors, ensuring the highest standard of plant reliability and availability while maintaining our safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in heavy diesel mechanics or fitting, with prior leading hand or supervisory experience desirable. They will also possess current HR licence, experience working on heavy mobile equipment, trucks and diesel engines, as well as basic hydraulic knowledge.

A strong fault-finding skillset and breakdown support capability is essential, along with a good attitude and strong teamwork ability. The candidate must also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm culture.
