
Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Opportunity

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing our modern fleet of heavy vehicles in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining heavy vehicles to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Repairing heavy vehicles using manufacturer-specific training courses.
- Completing scheduled daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor/Leading Hand.
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian-recognised Diesel/Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electrician trade certificate.
- Proven mechanical knowledge/experience within the automotive repair industry.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- To service, maintain, and repair plant, equipment, and fleet vehicles in a timely manner.
- Complete scheduled daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor/Leading Hand in an efficient and timely manner.
- Complete work orders and part requisitions daily and in full.
