About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Specialist to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation in Alice Springs.

  • Support the professional development and training of all staff members
  • Work closely with the Training and Development Manager to develop learning pathways, workforce development, and succession planning strategies
  • Assist in the execution of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $94,805 per annum, plus district allowance and remote benefits. In addition, we offer a strong commitment to professional development, six weeks' annual leave, and access to our health services for you and your family at no cost.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as adult education, human resources, or organizational development
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a community-controlled health organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
