About the Position



We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Advisor to support the growth and capacity of our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation.



This exciting role will focus on developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, with a particular emphasis on Aboriginal health and cultural competency.



The successful candidate will work closely with our Training and Development Manager to design and deliver training solutions that meet the needs of our workforce, and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation.



Key Responsibilities




  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of staff;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities;
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation;
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure training and development initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and priorities;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice in training and development, and apply this knowledge to inform program design and delivery.
