Training and Development Advisor

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the professional development and training of all Congress staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning pathways and workforce development strategies to support the growth and development of Congress staff.
  • Work closely with the Training and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of Congress staff.
  • Contribute to the development of succession planning strategies to ensure the continued growth and development of Congress staff.
