Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation offers a competitive salary package of $105,979 - $121,979 per annum.

This position will support the professional development and training of all staff members at our organisation. You will assist in the development of learning pathways, workforce development and succession planning, strategy and execution.

About Us

Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory and is one of the most experienced Aboriginal primary healthcare services in the country. We provide a comprehensive, holistic and culturally-appropriate primary healthcare service to Aboriginal people living in and nearby Alice Springs, including five remote communities. Our vision is to improve health outcomes for all Aboriginal people.
