Procurement Strategist

This role involves leading the procurement strategy for APAC, focusing on insourcing and outsourcing initiatives, RFX processes, and contract negotiations.
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for large category groups and multiple sub-categories.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and implement category strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on sourcing, contract negotiation, buying, and risk management.
- Manage complex supplier relationships across various industries, anticipating future needs and developing solutions.
- Build consensus and lead strategic supplier relationship reviews (QBRs).
- 7+ years of procurement experience with a focus on strategic sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Experience in marketing procurement or sourcing with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay practices.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
