Pitch Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pitch Manager to lead our bid management team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from scoping to submission and internal and external debriefing.

The primary focus of this role is the Australian market, but you can leverage our global bids resources, adopt proven best practices, and support the establishment and improvement of central pitching infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of bids from scoping to submission and internal and external debriefing
  • Collaboration with colleagues and counterparts across our Australian offices
  • Leverage our global bids resources and adopt proven best practices
  • Support for the establishment and improvement of central pitching infrastructure and systems

Requirements:

  • Possession of a passion for pitches and bids and experience in the legal or professional services/B2B environment
  • Demonstrated strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator and influencer with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong research and writing skills and detail-oriented
