About Our Organisation

We provide Behaviour Support Services to children and teens with Developmental Disabilities.

Our services include ABA Early Intervention and Social Skills Development Groups for children and teens in a clinic, online remotely and out in the community settings.

Each client receives tailored support from our team of professionals who work closely with families, schools, and community providers.

The Role We're Seeking To Fill

A passionate and professional Behaviour Support Practitioner or Behaviour Analyst is required to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and implementing behaviour programs, conducting assessments, training Behaviour Therapists, maintaining communication between team members and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating quality behaviour programs
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations
  • Providing training and guidance to Behaviour Therapists and Therapy Assistants
  • Maintaining effective communication within the team and with families
  • Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Education, or Psychology Sector
  • A Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • BCBA or BCaBA qualification, or willingness to attain these qualifications
  • Experience providing ABA early intervention or Behaviour Support Services and supervision
  • Previous experience with management or supervision of trainees highly regarded
