We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team in Western Brisbane. This is a full-time position that will involve leading customer service and relationship management, as well as supporting our ever-growing teams.

Everyday Independence is a national allied health provider that supports people with disabilities to break down barriers to reveal their true abilities. We deliver a wide range of community-based and online allied health services across Australia, and we are growing rapidly.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and building strong relationships with referral partners, therapists, and other industry partners. You will also provide support to our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in customer service and relationship management, as well as the ability to complete and evaluate processes to ensure participant onboarding and experience is of the highest quality. They will also have experience with scheduling or rostering and be able to act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities, and focus on task completion.
