We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to lead our high-volume retail stores in Brisbane.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational success, team development, and sales growth across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the performance of 10 high-volume retail locations, ensuring sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers to drive operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze regional sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing campaigns, merchandising strategies, and new initiatives effectively.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Regional Manager, District Manager, or equivalent role in a high-volume retail environment (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Operational Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing multiple locations and delivering measurable results in sales and operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve their potential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting financial and operational data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned region.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, plus superannuation and a fully maintained vehicle.
