Job Overview

The Senior Data Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring the success of trading partner implementations.

This position involves monitoring client data submissions, communicating with them to resolve data quality issues and collaborating with partners to develop data mappings according to defined specifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance and support to partners for data mapping development.
  • Communicating directly with leadership regarding data needs and key deadlines.
  • Identifying and researching data quality issues reported through onboarding or found through new file submission, working closely with the client team to resolve these issues.
  • Responding to ongoing inquiries and questions regarding data specifications.
  • Reviewing files received for compliance with data needs, including testing files and identifying business rules that require configuration in mapping tools.
  • Configuring mapping tools to facilitate translation from source data to desired format, performing thorough testing and providing clear documentation to internal resources and customers.
  • Leading training sessions for coworkers on data specifications and requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in ETL, analytic-based, data-driven reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, Snowflake.
  • Additional skills include previous client-facing experience and experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data, which are preferred.
