Compensation Program Specialist

We seek an analytical professional to support the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation practices, data analysis and market research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and internal data.
- Analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions and annual reviews.
- Support the development of salary structures, incentive plans and other compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Participate in compensation-related projects such as salary audits, equity reviews and pay transparency initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain compensation reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Assist in annual compensation planning processes including merit and bonus cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CCP certification is a plus but not required.
