Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.
- Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury, and conduct internal audits as needed.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits as required.
- Support the controller in various accounting-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in data entry and able to meet deadlines.
