As a seasoned Data Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring their success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to create a comprehensive data mapping that meets defined specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding data needs and key deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues reported through onboarding or found in new file submissions.
  • Address ongoing requests and questions regarding data specifications.
  • Review files received for compliance with data needs, including testing and identifying business rules for configuration in a mapping tool.
  • Configure the mapping tool to support translation from source data to desired format, including testing and providing clear documentation to internal resources and customers.
  • Serve as the primary expert for data requirements and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving changes and developments in data specs.
  • Lead training sessions for colleagues regarding data specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in ETL, analytic-based, data-driven reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, Snowflake.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Previous client-facing experience.
