
Data-Driven Commercial Strategist

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that supports the commercial team with actionable data, reporting, and forecasting to drive sales strategy, client performance insights, and business planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, revenue forecasts, and return on investment on commercial initiatives.
- Pricing Models and Forecasting: Create and maintain pricing models and forecasting for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Data Delivery: Partner with finance and sales to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline insights.
- Contract Management: Track key contract terms for cross-functional reference.
- Sales Performance: Calculate sales commissions and manage performance tracking.
- Data-Driven Initiatives: Support CRM improvements and data-driven commercial initiatives.
- Commercial Insights: Provide cross-functional visibility into commercial initiatives.
- Company Analytics: Support the commercial team with company and product analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Operations: 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial insights (healthcare/pharma preferred).
- Proficiency in Tools: Strong Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce reports).
- Data Presentation: Proven ability to synthesize and present complex data in clear, actionable ways.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and senior executives.
