This is a senior leadership role within our architectural practice where you will be responsible for delivering architectural projects from conception to completion. You will oversee project teams and ensure successful project delivery, including full tender and lump sum project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead project teams and manage the delivery of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and effective risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead small, high-performing teams and drive performance while promoting a positive studio culture.
  • Design Excellence: Champion design quality across all phases, from concept to detailed documentation, collaborating with senior leaders and conducting key reviews to meet internal QA standards.
  • Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through clear communication, scope management, and ongoing business development opportunities.
  • Financial Accountability: Collaborate with Senior Associates and Directors on project financials, reporting, and risk management to support the practice's strategic direction and commercial success.
About This Role
  • You should have substantial architectural design experience, preferably as a qualified or registered architect, in medium to large scale architectural projects.
  • A background in Commercial and Education sectors would be an advantage.
  • You must have strong technical acumen and contract administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Revit and design software is essential for running project teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively manage client relationships are necessary.
  • To be eligible for this role, you must live and be legally able to work in Australia.
