Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to take on a key role in the delivery of complex architectural projects. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project lifecycle from briefing and concept design through to delivery and construction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural projects across all phases, from concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams, consultants and client expectations.
  • Drive design quality while maintaining timelines, budgets and compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project reporting, risk management and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years leading design projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects across multiple phases, including concept design, design development, documentation and construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and ability to work in a BIM environment.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and client-facing skills.
  • Based in Perth, with strong local knowledge and networks.
