Role Description Christou is seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our Perth studio.
The Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project development from inception to completion.
This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, ensuring design and documentation quality, supervising team members, and ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the Project Leader will work closely with other design professionals to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
Qualifications Strong project management and coordination skills - and associated digital programs Experience in architecture, urban design, and interior design Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to lead, supervise and mentor team members Technical expertise in design and documentation Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance Proficiency in design and project management software Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Professional certification or licensure is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements : Proven experience as a Project Leader in an architectural practice ( 10 - years minimum)Strong understanding of project management principles and architectural design Registered Architect Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillscontribute to business development working closely with our Leadership team Proficiency in myriad of technologies - Revit, AI, CAD, Adobe Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Architecture and Planning Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CHRISTOU Design Group by 2x Get notified about new Project Lead jobs in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
