Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architectural Project Lead to oversee architectural projects from Schematic Design to Contract Administration.

Your key responsibilities will include liaison with clients, management of design and documentation, team management, project performance management, and ensuring compliance with company processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients for all aspects of the project.
  • Manage design and documentation of projects to a high standard in line with project aspirations, on time and on budget.
  • Prepare and deliver briefs, sketches, BIM modelling and drawings, verbal/written and graphic presentations, schedules, specifications, reports, opinion of costs.
  • Manage project teams and performance, including planning, monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on brief, scope, programme, delivery progress, invoicing, and project and individual performance.
  • Ensure project compliance with company processes, policies, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in architecture (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in project initiation, planning and execution.
  • Experience in multi-residential, residential, hotel, student accommodation, build to rent, townhouses or commercial architecture.
  • Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organisation and coordination skills.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
