Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at our North Adelaide club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Member Support Consultants to drive membership growth and create a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement club-wide initiatives to drive membership growth
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, staff, and external partners

About You:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and current trends and best practices
