Job Role

The Pavements Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality pavement engineering solutions.

This role involves providing strategic direction to the technical capability, ensuring effective mobilization and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client specifications and deliver results on time.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow business through trust and collaboration.
  • Lead tender/proposal document development to produce excellent quality outputs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate team performance and cohesion through effective leadership and communication.

Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive industry experience, recognized expertise in transport infrastructure design, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
