Senior Aviation Leadership Role

This leadership position involves overseeing the technical delivery of pavement projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the technical aspects of pavement design and construction
  • Applying advanced knowledge of national pavement standards, materials, and methods to ensure optimal project outcomes
  • Developing and reviewing detailed design reports, specifications, and drawings across all project phases
  • Interpreting complex data from pavement investigations and testing (e.g. FWD, HWD, GPR, LWD, profiler, and surface friction testing)
  • Mentoring junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Pavement Engineer with a strong background in pavement design and a minimum of 15 years' experience
  • Proven ability to lead projects effectively and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and team members
