This challenging position involves collaborating with our Senior Technical Officer and National Manager R&D to deliver projects that advance our national business.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to contribute to our cutting-edge National Research and Development Laboratory, which provides consulting services to a large network of roads across the country.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives, such as recycled toner modified roads, and apply your expertise to drive technological advancements.

Your Background and Skills
  • Tertiary Qualification in Science, Engineering or Materials (Pavement Materials or Asphalt experience advantageous)
  • Strong skills in Bituminous Binders, Asphalt Design, and Pavement Engineering
  • Experience working in a Civil Engineering Technology Laboratory environment, preferably NATA accredited
  • Ability to research and implement technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and focus on safety
