Project Manager for Medical Fit-out

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a medical center project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial fit-out projects, with experience in healthcare or live environment environments. They will possess excellent communication and client liaison skills, as well as a proactive solutions-focused approach to project management.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, including services integration and sequencing, compliance with health and hygiene requirements, and program delivery. They will act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact healthcare project, with a supportive project and delivery team. The project value is significant, with a strong pipeline beyond completion.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish
  • Coordinate services trades and specialist equipment installers
  • Ensure compliance with health and hygiene requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Oversee OH&S, quality assurance, and program delivery
