Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a fast-tracked, high-spec medical fit-out in the heart of Brunswick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activity from start to finish on a live medical fit-out project. They will coordinate services trades and specialist equipment installers, ensure compliance with strict health and hygiene requirements, act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and oversee OH&S, quality assurance, and program delivery.

  • This role requires a proven experience on commercial fit-out projects, ideally with healthcare or live environment exposure.
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills are essential for this position.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to site management is necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire on-site process from commencement to completion.
  2. Coordinate all trade services and specialist equipment installation.
  3. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  5. Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Program Delivery.
