Job Title: Expert Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled network professional to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience in F5 Load Balancer, IDS/IPS, Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless.

  • Support all Cisco Network devices, Checkpoint & Fortigate Firewalls, routers, switches/F5/Foundary/Radware load balancers, DNS, SDN, IPAM, Wireless, Tacacs and VPN.
  • Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
  • Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Comply with ITIL methodologies in daily operations, including Change, Incident, Service Request and Problem Management.
  • Respond promptly to network incidents, perform root cause analysis and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions.
  • Collaborate with network administrators and engineers to design and implement network upgrades, expansions and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to network services.
  • Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network equipment procurement, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies, trends and best practices to recommend and implement network enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams regarding network-related issues, troubleshooting steps and preventive measures.
  • Monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems proactively, implementing corrective actions to improve performance and service level availability.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Network Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in F5 Load Balancer, IDS/IPS, Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and expertise in LAN/WAN and Firewall are a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical competency with recognized professional certifications in either Network and Security or Systems domain is preferred.
  • Ability to work on standby 24x7 and 12-hour shift rotation is required.
