Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to fill this key position at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to clients across various industries.
About the Role
The Client Success Specialist will work closely with the Director of Client Success to provide timely and accurate advice to client issues and problems. You will be solution-focused and strive to ensure every client receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live news on social media channels, broadcast, and online news, and alert clients with a sense of urgency to relevant media issues in a timely manner.
- Provide efficient, timely, and accurate advice to client issues and problems.
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the organization.
- Utilize strong IT skills (Word, Excel, G-Suite) and adapt quickly to new technologies, such as CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
- Prioritize excellent communication skills and maintain a customer-first mentality.
Requirements
- A strong client-service focus with previous experience in a client/customer/account support/service role.
- Self-confidence, detailed problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the organization.
- PR / Media / Marketing experience is highly desirable.
