About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and project delivery lifecycle of our customers. This involves driving successful delivery of customer requirements, stakeholder management, project management and coordinating internal teams to drive performance outcomes and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with customers/partners to continually drive high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also engage and leverage wider teams as appropriate, develop CDC's relationship with major customers and their on-site teams, provide support for contract delivery against required KPIs, generate client reports and contract compliance, facilitate and coordinate client business reviews and other compliance activities as required, assist with managed services projects, including sourcing quotations and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, respond to client queries in a timely manner, and develop company policies and procedures to systemise the delivery of major customer requirements.

We seek a Customer Success Manager with minimum 5-7 years' experience in Service Delivery and Project coordination. Demonstrable experience managing services for large customers is essential, along with leadership experience with demonstrated career growth in customer management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, contract management expertise, SLA and performance reporting capabilities, strong problem-solving ability, a desire to take responsibility for customer satisfaction, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, being the advocate of your clients and aligning to their strategic plan, identifying and assisting with key growth opportunities, competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets and source code management, and Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance are also required.
