We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor to join our team in the Shoalhaven area. The successful candidate will have strong therapeutic skills, experience in engaging with diverse clients and working within a collaborative environment.

The position is part-time until 30 June 2026, offering a competitive salary range of $43.08-$46.35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

To provide high-quality care, we require:

  • Degree in Psychology or Social Work/Social Science and/or Post Graduate training/Diploma in Counselling
  • Knowledge and experience with Family Violence and safety planning
  • Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and mandatory reporting requirements
  • Membership of either the Australian Psychological Society, AHPRA, the Australian Association of Social Workers or Clinical Membership of PACFA
