About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Submissions Assistant to contribute to writing submissions and designing content for expressions of interest, tenders, presentations, and events.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Submissions Manager and New Business Team in preparation of submissions, tenders, and proposals.
  • Assisting in developing, designing, and preparing submissions, tenders, and proposals according to BESIX Watpac brand and design requirements.
  • Proof checking all copy detail and proof print material.
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and National Marketing Manager in event preparation and coordination in NSW.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Writing, Design, or Graphics related discipline or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a submissions or proposals based role.
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
