Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to join our team in NSW, working on a major health project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of site staff, including subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively promote a culture of safety within the workplace, adhering to OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate site activities, sequencing tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • In consultation with the Project Manager, allocate necessary site staff and resources to meet project demands.
  • Review and revise the construction program as needed to achieve the scheduled completion date.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with contract documents.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • A degree or diploma in building/construction or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, using initiative and sound decision-making skills.
  • High-level professionalism, maturity, and candour in their daily work ethic.
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to complex problems.
