Senior Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

  • As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care home, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements.
  • You will drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience by developing and implementing effective strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 5 years of highly relevant employment experience in nurse leadership/management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes.
