Aiding Elderly Care Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Jemalong Retirement Village.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities, working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents are optimised.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
