Customer Service and Coordination Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to elevate their service and coordination skills.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating urgent requests, answering calls, and allocating technicians to ensure safety across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls from clients, building managers, and passengers
- Make outbound follow-up calls to stakeholders
- Log and process work orders received via phone and email
- Allocate technicians to breakdowns and emergency callouts
- Prioritise and escalate urgent jobs where needed
- Liaise with engineers and internal teams for smooth coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn - background is flexible
To be considered for this role, you must have full working rights in Australia and be able to commit to the set shift schedule of Monday-Thursday and Sunday, 6:00am-2:00pm.
