Job Title:

Sports Development Coach

  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions for junior swimmers.
  • Develop and implement seasonal training plans for junior development aged swimmers.
  • Provide guidance to swimmers of all abilities, adapting stroke models to suit varying skill levels.
  • Attend and coach at club races and internal/external competitions.
  • Plan and coordinate internal club racing opportunities.
  • Develop and implement the swimming club volunteer committee.
  • Collaborate with the head coach on student retention activities.
  • Assist with squad program development through management systems.
  • Come up with new programs and maintain accurate athlete records.
  • Complete administrative duties, including responding to parent enquiries & providing feedback to students.
