**Job Title:** Contract Services Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external contracts, including liaising with contractors and basic contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the management of external contracts, including reviewing and validating invoices;
  • Preparing approval memorandums / minutes to the Contract Manager for achievement of project milestones;
  • Maintaining contract management tools and tracking milestones to help achieve project timelines;
  • Interpreting and applying legislative and policy requirements within the scope of contract management requirements;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
