Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to oversee the preparation, evaluation, and management of contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial activities align with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including scope of work, payment terms, and contract conditions.
  • Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Assist with progress claims and external variations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Negotiate subcontracts and manage project expenditures, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
  • Submit accurate monthly project reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as law, business, or construction management.
  • Significant experience in fit-out and refurbishment delivery, with a proven track record of successful project outcomes.
  • AGSVA clearance (desirable) to facilitate secure and confidential contract management.
  • 2-3 years of contracts administration experience, with expertise in procurement, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
