Job Title: ICT Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of contract management processes, procurement procedures, and ICT technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with contracts, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with our asset management department to manage and maintain high-quality contracts.

  • Manage and optimize the lifecycle of ICT contracts
  • Support the asset management department with administrative tasks related to contract management
  • Work closely with all areas of the digital team to source business requirements and coordinate logistics of document sharing
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate with a high level of moral and ethical posture in line with the APS code of conduct
  • High-quality document formatting and quality control capabilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Desirable Requirements:
  • Previous experience within government contracting space
  • Knowledge of the government procurement rules (PGPA act)
  • Experience with systems like Docusign and TechOne
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive capabilities
  • Sound understanding of ICT technology infrastructure
