About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead St Joseph's School in Malvern. As a Catholic school leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and enabling students, staff, and families to flourish within a Catholic context.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of instructional leadership, including determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curricula. They will also have a demonstrated ability to foster a workplace that prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all, including students, staff, and the broader community.

The Principal will work in collaboration with Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools, staff members, local Parish Priest, and the broader school community to achieve the identified goals of the school. They will also be responsible for promoting the school's vision and values, and for developing and implementing strategies to achieve enrollment growth and financial stability.
