We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead St Thomas Primary School in Drysdale. As a Principal, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide a high-quality education to students, while also fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of instructional leadership, with experience in determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs. They will also have a demonstrated ability to foster a workplace that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all, including students, staff, and families.
The Principal will work closely with the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) team to achieve the school's improvement goals, while also promoting the values of the Catholic Church. They will be responsible for managing resources effectively, while also ensuring the school's financial stability and commitment to risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legislative and systemic compliance requirements applicable to Catholic schools, as well as a commitment to justice and compassion in setting high standards for self and others.
