Light Vehicle Mechanic Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our maintenance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance on our fleet of light vehicles, ensuring they are running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs and replacements
  • Troubleshoot and fix faults with high standards of workmanship
  • Participate in site safety systems and hazard reporting
  • Offer ideas for continuous improvement
  • Support environmental compliance and safe work practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent trade qualification
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • Experience with Toyota fleet
  • Desirable: experience maintaining underground light vehicles
