Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Producer. This role will involve creating and managing social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring clients' businesses by managing and enhancing their brand social platforms. You will partner with creative leads to develop social strategies, produce exceptional content, schedule and publish across all platforms, and optimize based on learnings and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the social media experience for the Australian and New Zealand markets
  • Delivering excellent campaigns that are flawlessly executed
  • Overseeing social content planning and management for the brand in market (AUS & NZ)
  • Managing creative aspects and communications of all social media platforms
  • Initiating community engagement activities to gather insights and content from real consumers
  • Developing and producing social content - posts, copy, visuals - across all platforms and campaigns
  • Planning, creating, and scheduling quality, relevant, and engaging content across all social media channels
  • Coordinating photoshoots with local clients and ensuring communication of local production efforts to Creative lead and various production partners
  • Ensuring relevant internal departments are kept informed of all Social updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience working in social media or in digital/content marketing/advertising
  • Graphic design skills/content creation experience
  • An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Demonstrated experience in a previous social media production role (using primarily Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram)
  • Experience using analytics software and reporting on social analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
