Head of Product/Category Lead

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our Consumer Electronics division as the Head of Product/Category Lead for our TV/AV category. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the product management team and driving the strategic direction of our TV and Sound Device products in the Australian market.

About the Role
  • Pricing Strategy: Define and implement pricing strategies across our TV and Sound Device range to ensure optimal revenue and profitability.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Demand Planning: Manage demand planning to optimize forecasting for the Australian market through analytical modeling and collaborative planning.
  • Tactical Promotions: Oversee all tactical promotional planning within determined sales deduction budgets.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in product marketing or management with well-developed leadership skills, including experience leading and coaching direct reports.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to achieve budgeted targets and revenue targets with high-level business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative and influential selling style with an ability to sell technical products and build customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced PC skills using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP systems highly regarded.

This role may require additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and occasional work outside of ordinary hours. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
