We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Asset Management Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the development and maintenance of our product range, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our broader strategy.

About the Role

  • Work closely with our Investment teams, Distribution, and Investment Solutions & Oversight to identify gaps in our product line-up or changes to existing products that meet client needs, drive momentum, and maximise growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our product offerings, ensuring they remain relevant and competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key processes for the product set are accurate, up-to-date, and followed.
  • Lead projects from design through to closure, ensuring a strong pipeline of products that meet client needs and support overall growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management within the Funds Management industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with managing projects.
