Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive excellence in training systems and compliance. As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading compliance operations across various entities ensuring alignment to regulatory standards.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading compliance operations ensuring alignment to regulatory standards
  • Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, and methodologies, and system reporting
  • Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
  • Governance activities
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions

To be successful in this role, you will require strong auditing, compliance, and quality control of training programs, expertise in learning management systems, excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, and relevant qualifications in business administration or audit.
