As the Learning & Systems Lead you will be responsible for – Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting
Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
Governance activities
Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in RTO training delivery
Strong auditing, compliance and quality control of training programs
Expertise in learning management systems
Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills
Relevant qualifications in business admin, training or audit About Ventia
