As the Learning & Systems Lead you will be responsible for –Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standardsDrive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reportingManage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisationGovernance activitiesSupport program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutionsRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong auditing, compliance and quality control of training programsExpertise in learning management systemsExcellent communication, collaboration and analytical skillsRelevant qualifications in business admin, training or auditAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
